Press and hold the soft-reset-button as you press the on/off switch simultaneously.... :wink:

Not just the on/off, cam switch also needed.

To do a Hard-reset:
Hold Camera button on left, power button on right and make a soft-reset. Hope this helps.

I think the correct key combos are:

reset only = soft reset
reset + on/off = hard reset
reset + on + cam = boot loader
