Lost sound when conect cable!

Hello!
I have this funy problem!
When i connect any usbcable to the pda, i cant hear any sound
Strange!!
This is a problema when i using in a car, charging with usb cable , i cant hear the tomtom directions!
Any one have to know to repair this?

Yes this is interesting problem as when I have my phone connected to the usb and I get a phone call I can answer it but there is NO sound through the speaker and the caller can't hear me. I have re installed the op system several times.

you use the bad cable. (it is not mate by 02). to solve this problem you must buy the sync cable mate by HTC.
