Hey guys really really need help ...i am lookin for the original O2 mini black boot splash...Plzz help guys

Try this ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/ there are several splash screens in there :-) , somewhere :-( can't remember exactly where.

Wandered around the ftp, but I guess it has been really cleaned up :-( can't find anything back which waspresent some months ago.

Have you tried one of the O2 shipped roms?

It's in the nk.nbf which can be converted in a nb1 with nbfdec. But the easy way will be flashing to your device :-(
Try experiment with nbfdec & bal666 tool, designed to edit the ext-rom part of a rom-dump. Maybe you can find the image in the shipped-rom.

Me too, if you got a copy of the image, from anywhere, it's really simple to put it on your device with, indeed, a cab file.
But first you need the image.
Do you have the cab from the sticky?

Nope...but i have the pic how do i make it Cab for the splash?? do u know how to??????????

Sure it's easy: goto this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=22305 and look for artosoft's post with the attachment of Splash_changer.cab
