My New Compact 2 has suddenly developed a speaker fault, cannot hear any callers, but they can hear me, hopefully a hard reset will resolve but how? t mobile say hold power and press reset but this doesn't work.
Please Help i am at my wits end :x

it scares me that tmob still dont know how to hard reset the kit they are supplying :(

to hard reset, push and hold in both the camera and record buttons, while doing that, press reset and release BUT continue to hold the two buttons for a further 5 seconds and the screen will pop up a message saying "to format press send, to cancel press any other button"

obviously press send and itll start the format (reset) process

it goes without saying, but back up all your conatcts and data first as it will wipe it completely

I have this problem (speaker fault) too. :( . Tell me please about your experiment with hard reset. It's realy help to solve this problem?

I spoke to T-Mobile and collected a Brand New handset Free of Charge!
So i am back up and running now

I performed Hard Reset my T-Mobile MDA Compact II, but problem with speaker still exist :( . Please HELP!
