I assume you mean SIM unlock? I don't think that the current free SIM unlocker for the Wizard allows it to be re-locked. The paid services may do that.

If you mean CID unlocking, which allows for the installation of alternative ROMs, I've read on the forums that it can be restored, but I don't know the process. As part of CID unlocking with lokiwiz or awizard the original unique ID is stored in a file.

I know I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box, but how do you check if your phone is sim/cid locked without putting in a sim card from a different carrier than the phone came from.
