All available roms are on the FTP.
Last version for WWE is 2.17
Other langiages its 2.18
There is no difference in build however between these 2.17 and 2.18 versions (I have read).

Kinda stupid that they don't give them the same version number then.

I hate it when they do that.

The first minor version number position is unique to carrier or reseller.
