hey guys! got a problem. i think my headphone jack is busted but i have no idea why and how...
it was working perfectly fine, and last night i tried 2 hook up my headphones 2 listen 2 sm music, and, well.... there was music in the headphones, which is a good thing... but there was also music coming out from the main speaker. thats like -> 2 in 1??? not a good thing. the point of headphones is to listen 2 stuff privately:)
can anyone help me on this one? please!!!!

Hi
It seems that your connector socket (not plug) has worn out.
It happens. Now it doesn't disconnect two pairs of pins inside your device, which should tell it to shut up, because headphones are inserted :)
You have three options:
- find an official service (can cost you much)
- find some tech-geek :) who will open your device and bend connector plates a little (or do it yourself) (no cost, but kinda risky :)
- huh... no third option I guess...
Good luck

interestin:) ill think bout it... though sm good tech service in my area might be out of the question, and my guarantee is in Kuwait, not where i am now:/ so i'm sorta messed up;) only a bit though:)
if i'll be extremely extremely desperate i guess i might end up tryin that out...after sorta tearing apart my old nokias (around 5 of them), and finally i'll go for the nokia 6600 and 7610....then ill calculate the odds of screwing up my baby....and well..... we'll c;)
thanks for the advice man:)
but seriously, i'll think it over, might give it a shot...how hard can it be...right?:)
