XDA Neo Update and support

Hi, I am new here. I just bought a XDA Neo (I guess, identical to JAMin), but have some questions about the service and support of this phone.

1. Where should I go to download the most updated ROM when it release? By the way, the phone is in English. I just searched the O2 websites, but found nothing about this phone and support. Why?

2. Can I use the ROM from JAMin for this phone? Or, what is the difference between this two phones?

3. How do you guys think of the support and customer service of the XDA Neo compared with the i-mate JAMin?

No, I am in USA. I bought it today from eBay at $520+30(shipping). The seller actually have a website (ImportGSM.com), and the regular price from their website is $599. The phone will arive here next Tuesday (3 day Fedex shipping). The phone is in English, and I do not know where the seller get the phone, maybe England?
