o2 upgrade xda mini s problem........blue screen frozen

hi.

i have just upgraded and i have restarted the phone. and all i have is the blue windows mobile screen. its locked.

it has completed the upgrade process.

i have the battery meter in the corner, with the sound icon.

HELP PLEASE

how can i get around this.

the phone wont now sync to my pc.

any ideas guys

Press Comm Manager button+Voice Command Button and Soft reset,,by releasing the sylus first with the two buttons pressed, till u get a message on the screen.The press the green button which tzkes the incoming call...Post here what happens after that
