XDA neo German to English

Thanks Machinagod for his nice tools.
Just flash O2 XDA neo from German to English.Here is the procedure:
1. Backup your data in your xda. ( including your sms and contact).
2. download the romupdateutility.exe file (by Machinagod).
3. extract the RUU_Prophet_2090724_20907106_020720_QtekWWE_Ship.e xe to a filefolder. ( use winrar or winzip not double click .exe file or it will run immediately)
4. copy the romupdateutility.exe just downloaded and copy it into the folder ,then overlay the original file.
5. connect the xda to the PC:
6. then run the .exe file.
7. Ok, just It start now , wait about 10 minutes until it finish.

one problem is that after that, it will lost the homezone icon in O2. so you have to look for the software and setup it. just find one HZ_V0530_Magician_AKU2.6.CAB ,but didnt work well on wm5. So if someone can deal with it, please post it.

Is it need to be unlock CID first? Or we can flash it with this step without any processes before?
If if have to do something before, please, post it to me, I am very new for flashing ROM and I also bought Neo fro German, too.

So please post the process previuos flashing for me.

I was wondering, is there some way to flashing it back to original? I mean, if i want to flash back to the o2 rom? Is that possible, and if so, how? I have not seen the o2 rom anywhere yet??

Can you tell me what you found to be the biggest difference in the new rom? Is there momre included software?

need not to unlock cid first, it can overwrite the original german rom.

not get the german rom. therefore, cant write back to german rom.

Can I ask one more, are there anyproblems after you flash your neo, i mean the stability or how about the OMAP overclock still work.

I tried this procedure on my Norwegian Qtek S200 with ExtROM 2.10.7.108. It all went fine until the phone started flashing. At 1% I got an error message on PC, which I don't remember, I clicked Exit and the update program stopped and nothing more happened on the phone. I restarted the phone and now the display only shows a red/green/blue screen and absolutely nothing happens. Phone won't start anymore.

Anyone who can help me out? Is there any way to flash the ROM from from SD-card? Help...! ;-\

If you are still having the problem please take out the battery and wait ca. 3-5 secs and reinstall it back again. After doing this you can power up your device once more. And it should fine.

Hi.´m from Brazil, and I´m having a hard time to do the process.
Have some questions:

2 - The file i supose create is in the computer ?
3 - Where is the romupdateutility.exe ?

The most important, I have a Qtek S200 form FRance.
version Rom: 2.9.7.33 FRE
Date Rom: 2/14/06
Version de radio: 02.07.20

If you flash an OS only ROM, and us soft/jump SPL, it'll always be recoverable.
