I've flashed my Qtek with the latest JasJar ROM and it is still stuck at the splash screen. Any other suggestions from anyone?

Nevertheless, this "fix" does not work for me (and others it would seem).

Any other suggestions?

flash back to the original rom, then send it back to your supplier under warranty.
