Giving you this walk through that I used. So give it a try.
1. Start Active sync by going to Start>Programs>Active sync
2. Click on Menu>add new server

3. Server address should be “mobile.exchange.mail2web.com” and check SSL then click on next.

4. put in user name as “your user name @mail2web.com” and your password and domain as “ad2” (case sensitive). Then click on advanced button.

Hey vikramdhani,
If I understand you correctly, you have forwarded your emails from a POP3 account (Account 'X') to your mail2web account, where they are being received. However, your POP3 client can't retrieve emails for Account 'X' on the server.
Check to ensure that there is an option where you selected the forwarding address (there usually is) to forward emails while leaving a copy on the server. What's probably happening now is that the emails are being forwarded on and deleted locally, thus the POP3 client has nothing to retrieve.
Hope this helps.

Great news : mail2web.com has announced to have installed Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2 even for mail2web Live :D
So now, no problem to have real Direct Push email (receiving email as they arrive on exchange account) :D
I test it this afternoon and it works great on my qtek 9100
