Universal Bootloader Version ?

when I put my spv in bootloader mode, I can see on the screen :

on the top : USB
Botom of the screen V.0.56

I see in the forum that a lot of you have 1.0 or 0.60

do you think that the version of the bootloader has an importance on the good process to update the firmware.
Because all rom before 1.30 work fine
and new rom after 1.30 doesn't work on my spv.

I am having the same problem. Does anybody know a way to update the boot loader to 1.00? I am at v.56.
