unlocking problem xda 2i

hi,
using the download from "itsme" i find that it downloads ok to desktop but i have difficulty transferring it to the "mobile device".

It won't run as the only right click options are cut/copy/delete/rename/properties.

I have tried run option but that doesnt work either.

please can anyone assist ?

You have or have not transferred it to you device ?

If not copy it and open My Computer, then Mobile Device and paste.

If you have transferred it via active sync and it wont run on your phone , try downloading it again
