MMS Composer

I upgraded my 'German' Qtek 9000 with the WWE-Rom : UNI_QTEK_13077_176_10900_WWE_Ship.exe. However, trying to install and use the MMS-function I found out that there is no MMS-Composer installed...How do I install the MMS Composer ? Which version ? I donwloaded and installed MMS1.6.0.14WWE.CAB but trying to start the program I only obtain a message telling me that MMS Composer can't be started up as there are missing components ??
What can I do ?
