Our Exchange Admin is quite useless in that they have failed to get our PDAs to sync with our Exchange Server. I have then decided to use the hosted Exchange offered for free by iMate. This works great as my emails are redirected to the iMate inbox. The problem comes when I need to reply to an email from the PDA. I need the sender email address to show as my corporate one and not as "@clubimate.com".
Any suggestions please (get a new exchange admin :-) )

Seriously, get a new exchange admin. That's like a typist who doesn't know how to use a keyboard.

On another point, I use 4smartphone.net for $6.99 a month and it's worth it - I have all my pop3 emails for my three domains forwarded to my 4smartphone exchange server, and I have it set up that all my emails come from the new est of the three addresses. I now have full sync between outlook, outlook web and pda for my emails, tasts, calendar and contacts.

The support the guys there offer is also fantastic.

if you have an old computer you could set up your own exchange, though it is a challenge it will fire up a few more neurons and do u good, plus then your contacts/tasks and whatnot will be synced up.
windows server, and exchange is readily available on any good torrent site.

Be careful about talking about torrent sites. Anyhow I get contacts + tasks as well with my $6.99/mth... :)
