disable the power off setting while a program is running

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if there's a tool to temporarily disable the automatic power-off setting, while some program is running?

like this: c:\disablepoweroff.exe noteM.exe will
1) get the automatic power off settings
2) disable automatic power off
3) run the program noteM.exe
4) when noteM is closed, restore the automatic poweroff setting.

at this point I have to manually disable automatic poweroff function, tart recording, and restore the setting back after recording is finished.

Vijay555, I guess this has to be in your usefull apps list :)

The same can be done to the automatic screen off - will be useful to use with ebook reader programs.

I wrote a program to do this, VJElectrify, but it eats batteries so I never released it... I might do one day, with some other stuff I want to add in.
