Help .. device not starting up

I am not sure if there is an existing thread here ..
I have just upgrade to the AKU2 ROM on my qtek ... but she is now stuck on the splash screen ...
Active sync doesnt pick up there is a device attached now so i cant run the update again ...
I have been trying to hard reset ... Comm + voice tag button and reset .. but it doesnt seem to work ...

Any ideas ???

have you tried holding the camera button and pressing the reset button in, this should make device go to awaiting flash status?
