Find version from nbf file

Hi,

If I have a Shipped ROM with all the files in it (nbf etc) do you know how can I find which is the version of the ROM and of the Radio?
I am referring to this ROM from T-mobile Austria with blackberry support, I was just wondering if it is 1.13 and radio 1.13, so that I can install it, instead of manipulating a GER or a WWE ROM...

A it is TMO I suspect it to be 1.13rom & 1.12radio.

I'll see what I can do in a short inspect this afternoon

The rom info is:

deviceId=PM10A
cellOpName=T-MOB102
language=WWE
firmwareVersion=1.13.01
deviceModelName=Magician

So it's English and seems a little newer than the Dutch WWE which is firmwareVersion 1.13.00

The radio info is:
deviceId=PM10A
cellOpName=T-MOB102
language=WWE
firmwareVersion=1.12.00
deviceModelName=Magician
