There is another one wwe rom on ftp the UNI CDL 001 13076 164 10900. What is the difference between the above mentioned rom and this rom? Which one is the best?

And incidentally, "universal upgrading" doesn't mean upgrading for everything universally, it's upgrading for the HTC Universal, a particular type :)
