Cannot install MS Voice Command anymore

Hi,

yesterday I flashed a Big_Storage_ROM. Everything went fine. I did a backup with sprite backup. Even the restoring went fine.
then i wanted to move some applications to my Storage area. I deinstalled them and reinstalled them there.
everything went fine, except MS Voice Command.
I always get an error message telling me that it could be installed and that I have to run setup again ...

any ideas what i could do? could there be any registry entries that i have to delete before i can install it again?

any help would be greatly appreciated!
