San Disk 2GB SD Card problem

I have loaded some music on to this card (used in an XDA II) via Media Player 10/Activsync and it works fine up to a point.

That point is about 1GB!

Exploring the device clearly shows lots of space but any further attempt to add tracks produces a Not Enough Space response from MP.

Is this a known problem please and is there any solution?

However, I cannot locate a copy of DISKMAN 4.2 Beta to do it...

Anyone out there have a copy of this program?? If so, please put it on the FTP and let me know.

Thanks for the post but I think I may have a different problem to the link you posted.

I can quite clearly see the full 2GB capacity both on the xda II and exploring via ActivSync but I just can't transfer anything to the card.
