Hi,
I've tried using the KSE True Fax 2.0 software that came with the Qtek2020i but have problems receiving faxes. Each time I get a 'modem error failure message.' However, I am able to send faxes with the Qtek.
Does anyone else have or experienced this problem and if so, does anyone have the solution to be able to send faxes.
