Well After 3days Of Research I Finally Manage To Convert The rom from the ftp to a Format That We Can Understand, It Was A Lot Of Work. I Will Start a New Rom with Extended Rom Incorporated Will Keep You Posted.
Important: The Wizard Need To Be Cid Unlocked, I Found That If Its Not The Rom Will Install But When Reboots You Still Have The Previews Rom Installed!!!!! Don’t Ask...
This Rom Is Only The Operation System Only, So The Radio, Ipl,spl And Extended_Rom Will Remain From The Previews Rom That You Had Installed.
HOW TO INSTALL...
Download rom from here ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Wizard/Roms/Other_Unknown/portugues_rom1.6.7.3ptg-OS-ONLY-BY-FARIA.zip
Download the extended rom from below
Unzip the Contents of the Folder
Connect the Wizard to the Pc
Now Run Romupdateutility_Wizard_Noid and Follow the Prompts
After the initial reboot copy the QTEK_9100_PTB-ExtROM folder to your device and run the setup.exe to install the contents of the extended rom.

That’s it.

Now Every One Keeps An Eye On The New Portuguese Aku2 Rom That Is Rumored To Been Released In Portugal If Any One Find The Rom Or A Sd Card Dump Of It Please Pm Me Or Email Me So I Can Start On It.
You Can Make This Rom Faster By Applying The Numerous Hacks Found In This Forum

Is the FTP down? I don't be able to establish a connection and yes my router is configured to ftp ports. Is there any link for that portugueses rom in rapidshare or similar share files site?

As Roms foram retiradas do servidor devido a questões legais com a Microsoft. tens que procurar no google (usa palavras como rapidshare)
