I have O2 XdaII i Back up Battery 100% on screen but i remove main battery then i insert main battery into the phone it run customizing.
Someone know help me!!

I have the same issue. I called O2 support and they told me that i need to change the backup battery. It must be the hardest battery to find and once you do find it you have to hope that that is the issue and not something else. Here is the only link it the 'world' i was able to find and I believe this is the battery we're after (copy the whole link in the IE or it will not work):

It looks like a button cell / hearing aid battery...

Not sure, if shown battery will fit. I didn't dig Alpine, but Himalaya has Maxell CR2016 rechargeable lithium battery.

As far as I know there is no separate 'hearing aid' type back up battery for the XDA IIi - it uses persistant something or other - i.e. it draws power from hte main battery and uses Flash Ram. I have a regular problem reporting backup battery low if I have charged the battery separately from the XDA on the cradle and then inserted it - It seems that the back up only charges when the XDA itself is put on the cradle

As I know its not CR2016 but ML2016
CR type is not a rechargeable one
