Strange error: BACKUP BATTERY VERY LOW

BACKUP BATTERY VERY LOW
To prevent possible data loss, replace or recharge yor batery according to the owner's manual

i get the above error even when i have a fully charged normal and backup battery....i usually get this after every soft reset....

i think this kind of problem is in the registry,i usually encounter this when i try to uninstalled the BTHS.cab for playing mp3 tru BTheadset, every time my registry is a MESS, i get this error msg. good thing i have SPB BACKUP 1.1 :D

well i only started getting this message after i had installed calligrapher....
but can anyone tell me how i can disable this "low battery" warning...
because whenever it occurs, my screen locks up.....is there any registry for it...
