Qtek s200 update problems----important experience

HI all

i have a qtek_S200(HTC Prophet) which is :
IPL 2.09.0001
SPL 2.15.0001
OS 2.15.13.24
GSM 02.17.21

now,i have experienced a big problem like this:
i wanted to change the ROM of my phone to English..then i download a shiped Rom to flash it...
the shiped Rom i used was RUU_Prophet_1001321_100013102_11320_DopodAsia_ship ed.exe....
But everytime i tried to Flash, the program said "ERROR(300):invalid update tool..this update utility cannot be used for your PDA phone.please get newer update utillity" when the phone proceeded to a reseting and turned to three colour mode....
So, that is way? someone plz help me..

the qtek S200 is CHT now, coz it ought to be ENG originallly, so it must be CID unlocked sometime ago...
unfortunlly, when i try to backup its Rom to SD card using MTTY by the code" r2sd all", like backing up a wizard' rom....but it said "you don't get the proper security level to download a specific image"..
Then i use the MachinaGod' lokiwizi and RapiUnlocker trying to unlock the CID, but it displays error and seems fail ..
so, guys plz help me ..

Hi,guys..
HOw to dump a ROM of Qtek s200(prophet)?
i tried to dump it's Rom using a MTTY, the code i input was " r2sd all", but it said that
r2sd all
*****user area size=0x77E0000 Bytes
R2SDBackup0-Download type=5
usTotalBlock=1 sizeof(SDCARD_SIGNATRUE_TABLE)=512

You didn't get the proper security level to download a specific image
So it is fail......
i want to backup it's Rom, then flash it onto other Prophet ...
Anyone pLz teach me how to do...

try to awizard 1.2 tool (It's on FTP in wizard folder or upload folder).

You will need to downgrade the device to 1.x os.

hi ..thx for your help.
but..how to downgrade to JAMin_WWE_1000925_10009114_11420_ship.exe ? and what a hacked version of the rom update utility i can use? i mean expect JMFWM(the one need money.i don't like it).
can you please show me the detail steps...thank you very much.!
