2 GB topram and 2gb stargem RAM both 150x speed work fine. Not at the indicated speeds to ok.
Both ordered on ebay directly from Taiwan, they arrived speedely as indicated on the ebay and in good condition.

4gb must be handled. more cappasites may not work.
8gb card can be seen 4, 5 or some least from 8gb.
16gb mini sd card not produced even.

just joined this forum - looking to buy an atom ar an exec. the memory cards that i read about are now in a new format called SDHC. Thus the 4 Gb is only available in miniSDHC. Is o2 compatible with this format and has anyone used a 4GB card in the atom? this will be the deal breaker for me...

normally atom doesn't support SDHC. but you can fix it with a patch.;) maybe it can fix the storage limitation(8 gigabyte!)

i'm using a 4 gig topram mini-sd without any problems.
got it on ebay a while back and you can get it for like $35 shipped to the U.S. nowadays.

i'm hoping that the Atom can take a 8 gig. so anyone using an 8 gig card? is there such a card (non-sdhc capacity card) since the atom can't take sdhc cards??

My WM6 Atom Exec has the 8GB Sandisk MicroSDHC card. However, it has the same problem as some of the Sandisk cards -- not reading the card intermittently.

yes 2 GB is the tops for effecient performance, you can go higher but system tends to be unstable and data integrity is unsure,so stick to 2gb.

To sum up, I use a 2GB mini-SD, but 4GB micro-SDHC in mini-SD adapter seemed to work. (on WM 6.1)
