hardreset after changing battery

My xdaIIi always hardreset whenever I changing the battery. Just wonder any body has the same problem and how to fix it.

Of course the battery I change is a fully charged battery and I do it quickly (within 30 seconds)

The reason why this happens is because u r not switchig the phone off before changing the battery..

However, I don't have that problem in the old xdaII. It won't hard reset even I don't switch off the phone.

Maybe a silly question but ... how do i switch off the phone? As far as i know it can't be shutdown, only putted in sleep mode (when pressed the turn off button). The terminal is always on.

So ... this way ... is really possible for example to change the SIM without having a hardreset??

I have a qtek 2020i (similar to xda 2i)

I think switch off the phone = turn on the flight mode :roll:
