O2 XDA Mini

Hi there.

This ...THING... is driving me crazy. :(
Happy was I when i thought this would be an "update" from my old, but trusty Axim X3 :!:

However, this thing is so slow, it hurts!
I just performed a hard rest, it is still slow.

What can I do, which software can I kill (especially pre-installed) and how?

HELP! :(

I just performed a hard reset, it is still slow.

Basically, this thing slows down so hard over time, that it is IMPOSSIBLE to use.
(thus I had to hard reset it)

Even now, you can watch the applications start one after another. At the time it reaches the O2 software you can watch the screen being drwan.
