9100 rom upgrade: can't switch off

Hello,

I upgraded my ROM from QTEK web Site last week (2.17.7.6 FRE). Everything is running smoothly, but for one:
In the POWER control panel, I set up the Wizard to shut down after one minute when battery powered, but it doesn't.
So when the phone is in my pocket and rings, it wakes up and doesn't shut down. As a consequences, buttons are pushed inadvertently.

It used to work very fine before the ROM upgrade. I Hate using the 'lock' function, because I have to manually lock and then press many buttons on screen to unlock. I tried changing the settings many times, rebooting, etc, with no luck. The control panel for backlight control does work.

Does anyone have an idea of what's wrong?

By "switch off" I meant "stand by".

First Soft reset your device, see if it can "stand by", if it can, try to lunch the "Camera" and close it, try to "stand by" again, ifyou cannot, That 's the probem also with me. hope they will fix this in the next release, BTW did any one success to run the O2 2.21 on Qtek 9100, if someone do, please tell us how can you get it, since I have no way to unlock the CID.
