Network Traffic on my wizard

Today my wiz started having steady network traffic when plugged via USB into my desktop. Activesync isnt showing any activity. The wiz says the network device name that the traffic is going through is RNDISFN1.

Comm manager shows bluetooth, wifi and gprs to be inactive.

Anyone Know whats going on? I sure dont want to end up with a big bill.

Capture the traffic with ethereal! would be interesting

Know where i can find that for WM5? I just looked on their site but couldnt find it.

Ok, so i put this Ethereal on my desktop. I see that the device is connected on a Microsoft RNDIS virtual adapter miniport and there is steady traffic. But I dont know what is causing the traffic.
