right i have just got a magician from ebay and the problem is when i put a sim card in the phone it keeps coming up with invalid or missing sim it used to work just fine with my contract sim but with any pay as you go sim it will just keep coming up with the invalid or missing sim i have upgraded the rom to the lastest please help thank you :cry: [/b]

What networks or rom's are involved here? More detail please....

maybe it's SIMLOCK,try to unlock it :wink:

ok the network what works fine are vodafone on contract and all other sim cards on all other networks keeps coming up with invalid or missing sim even if put a pay as you go vodafone sim card in. tried to unlock the phone using xdadev_all_unlock-v1.6_138 it says the phone is unlocked but still the same it has been upgraded to the lastest t-mobile NL_11300_131_11200 roms so please help

I suggest that you try locking it if it says it's unlock, before you re-unlock it and check it out that way!

take out ur battery, try pull all the sim pin one by one as they maybe not touching firmly.

Anybody knows how to solve this problem? I'he got the same one.

Sim contacts are ok. It's software problem for sure.

Owner told me had tried to unlock it with LokwizMsl.bat in stead of xdadev_all_unlock-v1.6.
