imate jas jar hanging after keeping idle for some minutes

hi,
i have a imate jas jar which just hangs up if i keep it idle for some time or even some times when i close the unit. i performed a lates rom update its arabic version still the problem is same. the unit fails to connect some time to the computer and if i manage to connect to computer my computer restarts.
i also found out that the phone memory is not free even after reseting or clearing the storage about 13% memory is used in storage and 27 % memory is used in program but i dont have any thing installed in it.
can some one give me a solution to fix this problem.
