Why should anyone bother to hack this? What does it better than the normal SMS writing app?

Nash. I think this app has already been cracked, a few weeks ago.
Given that it's a WM5 app, it might never work on WM2003.

Either way, it might be worth paying attention to this post:

VJ i know it has been cracked a month back..but i just cudnt get it to work on my Mini..so i just thought it wud be nice if someone can hack it for the Magician..Why are most of u guys so rude?

Nash: That's a good question... Anyone else want to respond on that one?

Hacking an app to run on it's own system, WM5, is not impossible. However, decompiling and subsequently recompiling an app to work on a different OS that it's been compiled for (ie WM2003, not WM5) would be extremely difficult. I'll leave that to someone with more experience then me to detail.

However, as I said in my previous message, "it might never work on WM2003".

You're asking why ppl are rude? You didn't even answer my simple question fully related to your thread: What does it better than the normal SMS writing app?

Hi, I've been searching this forum for hours and still can't seem to find the hacked version of 02 sms plus. Could somebody kindly post either the link or the file here? I am quite desparate to use this and have spent most of my night looking for it.

I might be blind to not have seen it so please indulge me.
