please help me with qtek S100

hello all,
I got one Qtek S100 phone with rom version :1.03.04ITA.I tried to upgrade it for english rom but upgrade wizard ran for few seconds and stoped the response with phone.
now when i tried to power on the phone its mentioned serial(with cable connected USB 1.0)like that.
now i need a urgent solution for revive my phone .

please help me guys.

Was this your first time upgrading your s100's rom? Have you read the upgrading instructions? When the s100 is plugged to the pc, the upgrade takes some time (maybe even 20 whole minutes). You should not remove it from there. If you had checked the screen carefully while upgrading, the phone was in fact "on" (just the light was turned off) and you should have let it complete the upgrade.

Just try to upgrade the rom once more and be more patient this time.

yes i was stayed till its mentioned that some error on the computer screen.After that only problem occured.

which firmware should i use to flash this qtek S100 version i mentioned.

please let me know that.
