NO! Do not restore over ROM upgrades. That is a sure way to ran into problems with your device. If you do not have time wait until you are free to upgrade. Otherwise you may ovewrite some new improvements with conflicting scripts.

Can you tell the difrent, restoring from spb backup you just restoring all you files and contacts

Restoring files and contacts is different from restoring programs. You can select pim data and documents to restore, but that is chicken feed. Even for a noob like me :lol: No offence please. Just stiring up some brightness here :roll:

Program memory is less than it was on the test ROM. Was a little over 30mb after soft reset, but now fresh flashed device shows only 26.83mb :evil:

the atom will be in factory reset then

Upgraded to the new ROM on the O2 site and I have a few questions:
1. Can I remove the battaery indicator on the top right (beside he volume icon). I used to have the clock there and I like it better that way.

2. When I open the camera I get a landscape more view instead of the regular portrait view. Tried to go into the options of hanging it but I can't find any. Is there a way to change the capture mode to portrait view.

Hi, kropotov! I didn`t found a tweak to remove the battery indicator on Atom top bar (ate the right side of volume icon).

I saw a tweak in other forum, but does not works on atom. Do you know any tweak that works?

Thanks

You need a registry editor like resco registry or phm registry do do this

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell]
"TBOpt"=dword:00000001
"ShowTitleBarClock"=dword:00000001

create the above two dword and corresponding values

Hi, this tweak only replaces the battery icon with the clock. Is there any way to only remove the battery indicator?

Thanks!
