extracting WM5 (blue) theme

Does anyone know how to extract out the blue Windows Default (WM5) theme? The one which is called Magento

Or anywhere I can download this similar today theme to be used for my BA?

That doesn't seems to be the default theme. I think the default in WM5 is just called Windows Default in my Today settings.
