why did battery manager disappear at the bottom right?

I did a soft restart, and then battery manager disappear at the bottom right.
how to get it back?

Check in the windows directory of you device and look for a file called PowerTray.exe if it's there execute it see if it brings back the icon, if it does create a shortcut and put it in your startup folder. I did this on my Vario, so I suppose the same file might be there on your Blue Angel.
