how can i make a chinese wm5 rom?

now i jsut testing the Logout's rom and i just have an idea in my mind, make a chinese WM5 rom!!! but first i must got a chinese rom and patch the rom, any suggest?

generally, some softwares are used to support Chinese display and input.
It will be amazing if you can work this out!
