Restore after rom upgrate

Is it safe to restore old rom after rom upgrate with sprite backup 5.0 or 5.1?Saw the sprite with rom upgrate restore funtion,anyone here can guide how to use the correct funtion..thanks..

No, isn't safe. After a new upgrade always you must set up your device from the beginning. I know, it requires time but it's the safest way. :)
