Call waiting

Hey there is this bug with my Atom
dont know if u guys have the same issue
It like wen i m tryin to call a person and if i get that the person is on another call (call waiting) and if i hit the End button the calls doesnt end ,it keeps on ringing from the other end also
its only when the other party cancel the call from thier side it gets disconnected
Any Takes?
