Hi, I currently have ROM 1.40 and radio 1.15 from the official Qtek website but I have the occasional "no sound" problem with the phone, solved by a soft reset.

I have seen some of you have ROM 1.42 which apparently solves this issue but I don't know where to download it from and would like a clean ROM, i.e. not branded O2 or anything...

Is that possible and will that fix my issue? Thanks

If anyone could provide any help that would be great. My phone did not ring at all today although people tried to call me - I only got a voicemail indication after doing a soft reset... It's really annoying.

Would using WM2005 help ? Has anyone else had the same issue ?
