updated search engine for forums??

just wondering if your thinking of doing such an upgrade?

it would be nice to have the search terms highlighted when searched or even show the terms in a summary like fashion?

with all of the WM5 stuff going on, its hard sorting through some of the longer threads.. then to find out that it had nothign to do with what i was looking for..

just a suggestion.. but again, thanks for the great site!

It's a crufty hack rather then a solution, but:

Ensure you use boolean operators correctly (because the search does work), and enabeshow posts, not threads. Then, on the list of hits, click on the subject link and you'll be taken directly to the post with the hit.
