Chinese version

Hi dear all,

My name jojoe, from Singapore...

Previously using 2nd hand 02mini, it come with chinese input version...

I had just got my very new Atom, reliase it can't read or input chinese..

Anyone know why it does not support chinese?

Anyway to install to view & input chinese ?

You'll have to flash it with a Chinese rom. OR else you have to download a chinese input method that is like a plugin for english ROM. However, I haven't got any working so far.

Just install CE Star 2.8 for WM5, from it you can input and read CHT or CHS. It works well With Atom.

CE STAR is a Chinese plug-in ,it can display Chinese.
i think the best way is to update your Rom to CHS or CHT rom.
If u know Chinese,maybe u can find it at http://www.pdafans.com

Here you are the instructions which copy from others forums.

1、解压后找到以下两个包（取自己所需）
- System Big5.cab 繁中用
- System GBK.cab 简体用

安装好后，不要做任何动作，接着安装输入法包（下面的包喜欢哪个选哪个吧，呵呵）
本包包含的输入法
- Zhuyin注音.cab
- Pinyin拼音.cab
- ChaJei倉頡.cab
- Jianyi速成.cab
- Yuepin粵拼.cab
- Penpower蒙恬Big5.cab
- Penpower蒙恬GBK.cab
2、输入法安装完成后，
到 Start -> Programs -> CE-Star -> 按 Install 点OK后自动 Reset , 安裝便完成.
