My screen is grey and says USB v1.00, I have tried reseting by holding power, light and reset button but nothing happens, I have also tried restarting the upgrade, it says it cannot find the device because it is not turned on, but I don :shock: 't know how to turn it on. HELP, I'M GOING CRAZY :shock:
