hi there... when i can use mp3 as ringtones, why cant i use it for system and other notifications? alarms appointments?

could it be only a small registry thing? what do u say?

Hi,

Somehow mp3 for norifications aren't working, but wav will do for notifications. Just put them in your \windows folder (not in a subfolder) & you can select them in the 'sounds & notifations' panel. Try some other formats as wma as well & see which are displayed in the listbox & which aren't.
