State (and Canadian City/Province) on Caller ID

Is there a way to implement adding the U.S. State that the incoming Caller ID area code is from?

My Sanyo phone used to do this (on Sprint) but I think that was a built in feature of the phone itself.

I really miss this feature from My old Sanyo phone.

I have a UTC PPC-6700 from Sprint
