strange problem !!!!!

everytime i delete a file from my sd card it reappears after a soft reset !!!!
i m really bugged with this issue !!!

maybe you have it locked? on SD is a small thing on SD card side.

m using a mini sd..its not locked 4 sure..dont know what else it can b
