you must be an idiot i wouldnt have to post it in three forums if people in the forums would answer. First i am not lazy i searched and read thru many post that proved to be unhelpful second you have no fucking life i asked for help you posted your unwanted 2 cent opinion and finally three forums i meant for helping each other looking for this forum all i see is people with questions posting and everyone just reading with no replies how the fuck am i suppose to find help reading forums with no reply from the people who have the same question as me. so in the end you need to get off your comp and go run or something cause i know ur some fat ass bitch glued to ur chair and while u at go fuck ur phone too

Okay, your question would lead me to believe that you HAVE NOT READ THE FORUMS... Here's why.
1. The "Extra Junk" you refer to is "Operator Customizations" which are located in the "Extended ROM". I was aware of this within 1 hour of starting to sift through the forums.
2. A quick search will find at least 2 million (ok exagerated for effect) mentions of soft reseting when the phone says it will begin installing customizations in 3 seconds as a way to have a clean install of WM5.
3. Members of the forum are quite good at answering noobie questions, unless they've been asked and answered 200 times, by then it gets annoying.
So, seriously spend some time learning about your device. Just spend a day or two reading the wizard forums without a specific aim other than to learn. If you don't then the next question of your that gets ignored will be something along the line of:
"Thanks to you assholes who didn't explain exactly the risk of flashing my phone I now own a $400 brick!"

Well, maybe this is a little off-topic too, perhaps it is an stupid post, but using words like "bitch, f*ck this, f*ck that" and flaming at eachother isn't going to help this guy, and isn't helping yourself either..
Anyway, I wish I could help, but I don't know, maybe use the search function at the top of the page.
Take Care!
